Do you love music? Of course you do, who doesn’t? Do you love to sing? The typical response to this question should be “Yes I do, but I only do it in my bathroom.”

Research has it that most people are actually self-deaf, which means most people tend to not care even if they're not hitting a single note when they sing, or the other way around; some have the talent but tend to not realize and show it in public — that's why most of us would rather sing in the bathroom where we are the only ones who can hear our echoing and promising voice. I know confidence can also be a factor, but for the sake of this article, and not to mention I'm the one writing it, I'd say "Get Over It Buddy!".

If you're one of the latter (with talent, but only sings in the bathroom), then I might be able to help you.

I’m not trying to be some kind of a singer instructor here because I am not; in fact, i'm not even a good singer myself. And just so we're on this same page, let me tell you that this article isn’t about me teaching you tons of valuable tips like:

1. you should start singing underwater
2. get a slice of ginger and start chewing it like a gum

Definitely not!

This is about me your provider. The person who can provide you with something you will need to harness that God-given, "How-I-Wish-I-Have-That" talent. And a couple of tips.

First tip:
Sing, sing, sing, sing, and keep on singing ‘till you eat your heart out. As what they say, "practice defines perfect".

What is gosing.com?

Gosing.com is a website that provides free downloadable karaoke application, and of course, karaoke files (.kar, .midi, .mk1, .mk2).

Steps to download:
1. open a new web browser and key in the URL bar www.gosing.com
2. on the bottom right portion of the page, click the green circle with "GoSing" in the middle
3. depending on your internet connection, sooner or later, a pop up box will appear asking you to save the application to your hard drive.
4. after downloading, need not install the file because what you downloaded is already the application. There's nothing to be installed. Just click on the file and you're halfway thru to your singing marathon.

Next Stop: Download the karaoke tracks
You have two options:
1. Download the tracks at gosing.com. And one thing that you need to know is that gosing.com doesn't provide a comprehensive list of karaoke files, but they do have a decent collection.
2. Google it. Use these keywords for a more efficient searching "download free .mk1, .kar, mk2, .midi".

Fourth tip:
Please don't bring your PC in the bathroom. That obviously defeats the whole purpose of this blog.
